VTC (VISHAL TOOLS COMP.) was established in the year 1974 under the name of VISHAL TOOLS CORP at SAIFABADI GATE, Patiala. It started initially with manufacturing SEAT CUTTERS which gradually rose to a level where it controlled 95% of the Indian garage tool market and also gained 35% of the global market for supply of the Cutters. However, in the year 2002, it gathered momentum and added a manufacturing line for HAND REAMER, ADJUSTABLE REAMERS AND BIT CUTTERS.. Since the product (CUTTERS AND REAMERS) was extremely good, we have started receiving queries from other customers too. In November 2019, we buy another Plant for expanding business, and we got more automized towards industry 4.0. We plan to produce innovating products that the world is yet to witness and users are yet to imagine. Total focus shall be to add happiness and peace across all human beings throughout the world. Finally, we are able to make such tall claims only because, at VTC, we have well knit work force right from operator level to Top Management who also focus on excelling at Customer satisfaction.

“VISHAL TOOL CO. after separating from the family of a business house engaged in the manufacturing of Garage & Cutting Tools.
He had vision & expertise to provide a very good Quality Products at an affordable price to the Dealers and Customers. With his hard work devotion and positive attitude he entered the market with Brand name “VTC” Garage & Cutting Tools backed by the team of innovative marketing professional. The customers accepted the quality and competitive rates & the brand “VTC” got established in the Indian market and abroad as well.
in the year 1995-96 his son VISHAL KAPOOR entered the family business & take charge. Strength and stepped up the good work started by his father. Now with God Blessing “VTC” brand is a well established brand in the market & known for its best superior quality.
